I am an MS Computer Science student . I am an Indian.I have just joined in my first sememster.I want to transfer in the forthcoming semester to a university that offers fundings with less tution fees and where there is a scope of getting RA/TA.
my GRE/TOEFL scores are 1040/263.
If not a "the best" university atleast a "good university" where I can do my specialization in a related topic.
