What determines a tier?
| By Im_Blue (Im_Blue) on Wednesday, August 25, 2004 - 05:37 am: Edit |
US News weights the above criteria and gives a score to each school, which divides them roughly into 4 tiers. A couple of years ago, they started ranking the second tier along with the first, so now you have the 129 "Top Colleges" along with Tier 3 and Tier 4.
