Good schools, maybe add a couple more matchy reaches like Brown, Penn. Save your money on SUNY, I'm sure you'll get into one of the other EA schools.
Only send your ACT as a 1330 isnt good enough but a 32 is like a 1450. Take ONE more SAT 2, and get all between 660 and 700. Maybe retake the 600. FOCUS on your EC's, try to become president of something:
