Man, why are MIT's buildings so ugly? I thought they would have some of the best architecture seeing as how MIT is uber-prestigious. I guess MIT is just a place that sounds better than it looks.

How exactly do you look like an ivy-league wannabe? Have gothic buildings? Plenty of universities have those..and the basketball courts are in a seperate area with the rest of the athletic fields and stuff.
