What schools offer visual communications as a major? I want a little bit of everything and if I had to choose a concentration, I guess it would be graphic design. Also, I want to either double major in marketing or minor in it. What good schools have these majors, preferably in the mid-atlantic region, (DE, PA, NYC, NJ, MD, CT)?

Also, I don't have a portfolio, at least not a very good one. GPA: 3.7, AP&honors classes, Rank 16 of 274. SATs: aiming for something above 1200 in oct!

Since it doesn't sound like you're interested in a straight art school, try: Syracuse, Susquehanna, Alfred, Quinnipiac U, Rochester Institute of Technology, SUNY Purchase. I'm sure other people will have some additional suggestions as well.
