Hello! I am interested to know about the Mass Communication programme offered by York. Is it reputed, and does it have good faculty? Also I would like some info about the BBA programme( not the one under Schulich).

I went to the University of Toronto but I haven't heard much about York's mass comm program. York in general is seen as a more political, activist type university rather than a hardcore academic powerhouse. Evaluate each of their programs independently. Their Schulich is quite reputed, but I've heard nothing about the undergrad BBA.
In general though, their mass comm program isn't as well-known as Ryerson's journalism and media programs. You might want to check them out if you haven't already.
