please tell me the ranking for civil engineering programs for this year.
specifically, which major so u thinkis better at uc san diego, computer engineering? or structural (civil) engineering?
i've been accepted to computer engineering, but i want to switch (if possible) to structural engineering instead.
any suggestion?
