I have been having a real problem finding safeties. Here are my stats. As you can see, my entire list is comprised of reaches.

I'm planning on applying to Duke ED and I'm retaking SATs and ACTs in October. I think I can get a 34 on the ACT, but I'm not sure about the SAT. Thanks!

Ok, you have good numbers. Here are some recommendations, in order of overall academic excellence (but all of those schools are good in Biology).

University of Michigan-Ann Arbor: Match (if you apply before October)
University of Wisconsin-Madison: Match-Safety
Davidson College: Match
University of Washington-Seattle: Safety
Reed College: Match
University of Colorado-Boulder: Safety
Colorado College: Match/Safety
