How much does working about 30 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week out help with admissions to college? Also I was promoted to Courtesy/Front End Manager recently and my manager offered to bring me to store manager training...
Thanks

I think it would give you a boost- from experience, I know that working a lot during the school year while juggling other things is not easy. If you're still doing quite well in school I think that your dedication to your job and leadership would spark the interest of the admissions committee.

30 hours a week and school is very very impressive to me and I think just about anyone else.
