Since the Chances? forum is not working for me, can someone please evaluate?

Your stats look pretty good to me. I'm an Electrical Engineering major @ RIT and my stats were fairly similar to yours (you actually have more APs than I did). I'd say Rose-Hulman and Cornell are reaches, and Bucknell is iffy. The other schools should be safety-match.

I love it. EE is fun and RIT's a cool place if you don't mind the cold.

I'd recommend you take the ACT a time or two more to see if you can raise your score. Right now it's the higher of the tests, ane the English is really straight forward on it and something you can work on to improve.
