I was wondering because when i got accepted to my safety and rejected by my other choices obviously my first thought was transfer to my #1 as soon as possible. Is it harder for a freshman to transfer than it is for a junior? and when should i start sending applications if i want to start my sophmore year at the new school?

Well.. I heard it's pretty hard to transfer as a sophomore. I was thinking about doing that too, but my counselors told me that I'll have a very slim chance. They usually only consider Freshman or Junior applicants. But try anywayz! Good Luck!

It depends on the school. Most schools have a minimum number of college credits required for transfers. Best bet is to look at the web information of the schools you might be interested in.
