Ok guys here's the problem:
I was accepted at Wilkes University for the pharmacy school- I have a guaranteed seat if I send in the contract in 10 days. The problem is, I don't know where all I'm even accepted yet! Princeton is my first choice, but since they're so picky I only have a small chance of getting in. What are all your opinions?
BTW, here's the gist of my stats:
1380 SAT-730V, 650M
SAT II 770Writing, 690ic, 640Bio-E
3.9-ish gpa
top 10% of class
EC's include Church Youth Group, Student Council, NHS, etc.....
My essays were:
most important discovery/creation-modern medicine saved my life-cancer survivor
year in service of others-volunteer at the hospital where I stayed-do whatever was necessary, console patients, do menial tasks, research, etc...
difficult decision-what to do with my life(I want to be a pharmacist and perform research to help cancer patients)
satisfying accomplishment-completing the work from sophomore year, mid-october to the end of the year in 3 months during summer vacation
I also wrote my optional essay abt my cancer experience. My oncologist wrote my optional reference, and I had my 2 best/favorite teachers write my teacher refs.
So....what do you all think I should do?

You don't say when you applied to your other programs. Is there any chance you might receive notice within the week, or do they state end of March, April 1, etc. Have all of your supporting documents for Fin.Aid been remitted? Have you interviewed? If so, what was your feel of the interview? Is there any chance you could ask when their decision at Princeton might be forthcoming? Life experience section should make you a stand-out candidate. It's hard to pass up a sure thing, but you'd kick yourself if you'd committed and then couldn't attend your first choice. On the other hand, Wilkes has expressed their confidence in your dedication and liklihood for success. Ask the professionals, including your counselor and the doctor who gave your rec. Explain the situation to the admissions office and inquire if they can tell you when they might be considering your ap. or if a decision has been made. Best of Luck!

What happens if you don't respond within ten days?

Ok guys...whew. I was able to contact the correct person at Wilkes and I am holding my seat by sending in the signed paper-not committing to attend. Thanks for the help though! I REALLY appreciate it. This college process is so incredibly stressful...
