I was having trouble choosing safeties...
right now, my match/reach schools are johns hopkins, northwestern, cornell, tufts, etc. and my safety list consists of bu and lehigh (just to give you an idea of where i'm at w/o going through the hassle of posting stats). I should be applying for engin. and i was wondering what my other safeties could be (okay-prestigous engineering schools)
i'd appreciate any help.

RPI

I think Drexel would be to safe. Bucknell, Lafayette and Villanova have execellent engineering programs and facilities as well as reputations. I think you will find campus life and the campus more desirable than at RPI, which is a very good school also.

Hard to say without knowing more about you but based on the college list you provided....how about looking into Clarkson in upstate NY for engineering as a safety school.
