What are my chances?
I'm Chinese. In Spring semester of 10th Grade, I participated a culture exchange program, stayed in host families and studied in US for the semester and got a GPA 4.1W. Then I started to love this nation.
I'm the top 5% student in the best high school in Nanjing right now.
TOEFL is taken in May, 630(estimate).
SATI to be taken in Oct Verbal630(estimate) Math780(estimate).
USAMO qualifier.
EC: student council member and an elementary school working experience in summer. A little volunteer activity.
My family can only afford $5000 a year.
I want to be a physician or health related areas such as pharmacy.
I am looking for schools of strong science program and a nice pre-med.
I'm more considering LACs such as Carleton, Grinnell, Bates. Also considering U Vaginia and Johns Hopkins.
What are my chances? Should I tell I want to go to medical schools after graduation, for it is extremely difficult for international student?

You have to consider Duke for premed! It's pretty hard though
