At Chicago or Cornell? (Biology major) Where would I get the higher GPA?

Bio will be tough at both schools. If you're making your choice on where there's an easier academic experience, you shouldn't be going to either.

No Mzhang23 I want to maximize my chances to go to med school with a higher GPA. I'll work my ass off in college for sure. I'm the nerdy type of person, don't worry for me.

Both schools have reputations for being very difficult. Med schools absolutely know the grading trends of every top school, so you're not going to be able to go to an 'easier' school and find admission more easily. Pick the school you like.
