I'd like some ideas for college. I'm looking to major in History, with an emphasis on European history, medieval era. I'd like to eventually become a history teacher, so I think I'll minor in education. I'm not too worried about school size or sports or anything like that. Academics is what is important. I'm a junior, as of now 4.0 GPA, 1440 SAT (750V, 690M), and made it into National Merit if that counts for anything. So, what do you think would be a good school for me?

What region of the country do you live in, or willing to move to?

I live in Brasil right now, but I'll be going back to Pennsylvania soon, so the Eastern half of the US would be preferable. I'd be willing to go just about anywhere, though.

Possibly also Swarthmore and Haverford, both top PA LACs

Thanks for your replies so far. I'm at a small school now so not really any clubs as far as ECs. I was Student Government Rep twice, and Secretary once. Otherwise nothing extra that's official. Just play sports a bunch, play guitar. Oh, well. Next year I'll have more opportunity.
