My goal is to one day become a Dr and Have narrowed my choices down to UCSD and Northeastern in Boston. @ NE I'd be taking on debt, but my tution is paid for @ UCSD. I am so confused! Stay in So Cal or go to Boston? No one in my Family has ever gone away for college before and the debt is not a good thing either. What should I do?

UCSD is a great school. On paper I thought it stood as a much better school than NE. I'm not sure why you wouldn't go to UCSD...! Congrats.

Yea... you really have no choice. UCSD is undeniably superior to Northeastern (Northeastern isn't even first tier). So, there's no reason to go to a worse school where you'll be in debt and farther from home than you may wish. No contest - UCSD.
Oh, and for pre-med, UCSD has amazing science programs (particularly bio). It's very prestigious in this area.
