Junior at very tough public HS in Maryland
SAT: 1270 (will be 1300's next time)
GPA: 3.8 / 4.3
5 APS by Graduation
- Varsity Golf for 3 years (Co-Captain next year)
- Newspaper (writer 10th, section editor 11th, copy editor 12th hopefully)
- NHS
- VP Investment Club
..and so on.

I am applying early to Emory and am also applying to schools like UMich, Vandy, BU, UMCP, but I would also like to apply to some smaller liberal arts college. The problem is that I have no idea which would suite me and which I can get in to. I want to study study business in college. Any ideas?

davidson, furman, haverford, byrn mawr, vassar, william and mary, washington and lee, you should also look at schools in the UK, they are pretty cheap, obviously have incridble histories behind the schools, and have great academics, they also aren't that hard to get into as an american

Thank you for your input. I will look into those schools. Unfortunately though I don't think going to school in the UK would fly with my parents.
