i've heard from some people that if you dont participate in the frat parties, you are basiaclly left out of a lot of things. kinda like other students lose respect for you, and just dont want to be around you anymore.

just wondering if that's true, or if it was over exagerated.

Definitely overexaggerated. While there's a good chunk that loves to go to frat parties, there's also another huge chunk that don't. If anything, you definitely wouldn't lose people's respect if you didn't. There are a lot of different types of people at USC. You'll be able to find your niche.
