I'm trying to find some online classes so I can take extra classes for credit. I need calculus and biology/chemistry classes. There are so many out there! What's a good one and does it make a difference where the school is? I'd like to find one that isn't too expensive too.

just go to your local CC.

my high school won't accept online courses, no matter what.

Local CC does not have the classes I want to take online. What do I do then?

Kim-
I just signed-up for classes through flvs.net (Florida Virtual School). They are very helpful and for each subject you take you are assigned a certain teacher, just like a regualar class. The courses are free to Florida a residents and are available to students outside of Florida for a fee. I know, as well, that the have AP courses for Biology and Calculus and Honors for Chemistry.
It might be worth a look.
