NYU probably has a pretty good one...If you want a REAL communications program though, look at Emerson up in Boston

In NY: Syracuse has one of the top programs in the country. Also: Ithaca College, NYU, Marist College, Fordham, ST. Bonaventure, SUNY Brockport all have good communications programs.
In CT: Quinnipiac and Fairfield are both good.

The best communications programs award liberal arts degrees, and are found at places like Harvard, Yale, Amherst, Princeton and Swarthmore.
What I am saying is this. The world's top diplomats, journalists, and public relations experts did not attend "communications" schools. They got their degrees in history, French literature, political science etc from the nation's top colleges.
