Wow, to start off with, congrats on getting into these schools, They are all top notch. All of them are special in their own way and in the end its left upto you to make the decison. If i were in your place i would have gone to UC berkeley since i wanna get a job in silicon valley after graduation. Its all a matter of personel preference

I'd go with Ivy undergrad, simply because Berkeley is pretty expensive out of state, and you'd feel terrible knowing that people around you are paying much less than you for the same degree. Besides, going to a private school puts you in a different league (generally), especially when it's Ivy.
