Those are just redirecting to Yale.edu | Harvard.edu and Stanford.edu respectively.

Safetyschool.org was registered by Paul Gusmorino, the president of Harvard's Undergraduate Council in 2001. http://www.president.harvard.edu/news/inauguration/gallery/inaug17.html
Gradeinflation.org was registered by Scott Caplan, Yale '06, president of the chess club.

And gradeinflation.net was registered by Kartik Garg, who is on the California Patriot staff (Berkley's conservative newspaper).

The point of all this? A. whois+google = incredibly powerful. B. college students like to register joke domain names to get at rival schools.
