I am a freshman in college and am looking into a telecommunication engineering program. So far I have applied to:

Stonybrook
Columbia
Rochester IT
Stevens IT

Are there any other suggestions I should look into? Is an electrical engineering major w/ a telecommunications track the same as regular telecommunications engineering major?

Any and all info on Telecommunication Engineering major will be extremely appreciated!! Thanks!

Xalybubax, Check out University of Texas at Dallas. They are well known for telecom engineering. TI has given them alot of money and their goal is to be the Stanford of the SWest in a few years.
