I made a 30 on PLAN (out of 32 I think) and 1400 on the PSAT (M+V). Which one should I take then, the ACT or SAT?

I'd go for the ACT... that's an excellent score! When I took the PLAN, I got a 27, and when I took the ACT for real, I got a 32 (twice, with no preperation). Good luck!

I'd take both, and then you can chose which to send

i'd take both 'cause it sounds like you'll do well on both, then you'll have two good scores to show colleges
