I love to draw, but I would like to find a worthwhile college to pursue a decent career. What are the best colleges in these areas? (I´m just a slightly above average student, 1340SAT, 690Physics, 660Math ... foreigner)

Rhode Island School of Design, Maryland Institute and College of Art, Savannah College of Art, Art Institute of Chicago, North Carolina School of the Arts, Otis School of Art and Design (CA), Parsons school of Design (NY), Ringling School of Art and Design (FL)
If you don't want an "art college" these schools have good art programs: Boston U, Syracuse, Skidmore, Loyola Marymount (CA), Washington U (MO), Carnegie Mellon U (PA), Furman U (SC), U of Michigan Ann Arbor, New York University , Southwestern University (Texas), Southern Methodist University (Texas), Virginia Commonwealth U (NY), Bates (Maine), Brown (RI), Centre (Kentucky), Connecticut College, Williams, U of Denver, U of Arizona.
Good luck.
