I dont know where to go...
Which college is better?
I cant decide...is FSU better academically?
or is Maryland?

Both are top 50 public colleges, according to US News. Maryland is ranked higher, but I'm sure individual departments vary.
I don't think I'd make this decision based on "which is better academically" - both are good schools, and depending on the department you choose, the differences may be slight. Assuming you have visited both, I'd look at factors like your feeling about the campus atmosphere, your fellow students, the climate, the town, etc.
