Is it true if you have a 1500 you get full merit at Case Western?

i got a 1540 and i just got my acceptance this past Thursday with the Trustee's Scholarship-$22,000-tuition is a bit more (i think 26k?) but its *basically* full tuition.
to my knowledge, as long as you have a 1500+ and top 10% of your class, you get the $22k. they changed (as in LOOSENED) scholarship requirements this year, so nothing is set in stone/definite, but everyone i know who has gotten accepted still fell in the same category as before.
1400+/top 10%-17k
1300+/top 10%-13k (i think?)

Yep...my son had a 1420 and got 17k.
This is just enough to even the score between Case and UofMich (instate).........
