Which SUNY campus is the most prestigious? I am not from NY so I do not know.

Binghamton is known as the "shining star" of the SUNY system. It's acceptance rate is around 35%. Buffalo, Albany, and Stony Brook are also highly regarded. The SUNY's without grad schools that are well known are Geneseo and Oswego. But for music, Potsdam's Crane School of Music and Fredonia's programs are both very highly regarded conservatories. It all depends what you want to study, as different SUNY's specialize in different areas.

What about for the natural sciences? or math?

Natural Sciences is good at Geneseo. But Binghamton, Albany, Stony Brook, and Buffalo also have good programs in those. For math, I'm not sure. But I can tell you that Buffalo and Binghamton both have great engineering programs.

I have one more thing to add. I am going to Cornell University next year. If you are looking for a cheap school in New York State, Cornell has 3 state-funded colleges in the university. They are the college of Arts and Sciences, Agriculture and Life Sciences, and International and Labor Relations. The costs of these schools are supposedly only slightly more expensive than SUNY schools, but of course you get the ivy league education and prestige
Unfortunately, I am going to Engineering, so I don't get this benefit.
