got a 1450 on my sat1 (750 m 700 v). sat2 scores 750, 720, 670.

only about a 3.2 gpa unweighted, but that's with essentially the hardest classes i can take at my prestigious school. have ap tests, varsity sports, a few clubs, etc.

what schools should i consider?

Your college counselor should be able to provide you with an idea of what kinds of schools have accepted students from YOUR school with your profile in the last couple of years. Talk to that person, because if this is a well regarded private school, the normal "rules" regarding GPAs, in particular, may not apply to you.

YOU REALLY HAVE A GOOD SHOT AT MANY SCHOOLS. YOU NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHERE YOU WANNA GO GEOGRAPHICALLY. WITH THOSE STATS, THERE IS A SCHOOL ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY FOR YOU

yeah, ive heard of a girl who got a 1500 range SAT score but a 2.8 gpa and got into u of chicago. it happens. but she was also an amazing writer too from what i heard.

If you an very involved in activities, it probably won't COMPLETELY make up for a low GPA, but if you can manage to come across as being smart but having a slightly low GPA, because you were busy doing some meaningful/impressive/dedicated, etc. ativity/commintment/etc. it, could help.

How much does a highschool's status affect college decisions? I go to a tremendously difficult private, all girl school that is nationally known yet could be doing far better, gpa-wise, in a public school.
