I'm very interested in these majors and anything similar (such as basically anything in SFS at Georgetown
) Georgetown is my top pick, but I'm looking for some LACs with strong programs in these fields. If it matters, my SATs are 730v/740m. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

Claremont McKenna in California is exceptional for political science and international relations. One nice thing is that even though it's a small school, it's part of a 5 college consortium of schools - Pomona (which is also excellent for poli. sci), Harvey Mudd, Scripps, Pitzer - that are next door to each other giving you many opportunities.
Other LAC possibilities: Colgate, Colby, Connecticut College, Dartmouth, Davidson, Washington & Lee, Williams, Macalester, Carleton. For universities, look at U of Pennsylvania, GWU, Emory, Princeton, Tufts. I'm sure other people will have additional suggestions.

Thank you very much for your advice. I have definitely looked at the Claremonts, especially Pomona, but I didn't know that CMC was good for political science and such. I was turned off by their low admission rates, but do you think it would make a good reach school for me, if I have decent extracurriculars and SAT2s of 730-760?

As you probably know from your research, each of the Claremont colleges has a specialty. Claremont McKenna's focus is political science and related majors such as economics and international relations. It is considered one of the top poli. sci programs in the country. Your SATs put you in their range and if you're from the Northeast or Southeast, your geographic diversity would help somewhat. SAT range - 25-75% of accepted students is Verbal 650-750, Math 660-740. They accept about 28% of applicants so it is a reach school but a realistic reach for you. Take another look at their programs, especially the research and internship opportunities available in their research institutes - it's difficult to find similar opportunities available to undergraduates at most schools. www.mckenna.edu
