Please give a list of about five top universities to do robotics. Ofcourse, no university has a major "robotics", tell me which major I should choose to become a robotic engineer, and where. Thank you.

Can you further help me by telling whether it would be okay to do this(electrical engineering) from universities like University Of Houston, or Louisiana Tech and later do my MS and PhD from the universities you given? Will I have a chance then to go to these universities? My main problem is money as I am an international student. Thanks once again.
