University of Missouri might be the best. I also heard that Pitt,Temple, and Towson are decent. Good luck.

Others: U of Wisconsin-Ann Arbor, Indiana U, UC San Diego, UCLA, UNC Chapel Hill, U of Oregon, U of Arizona all have very good communications/journalism programs.
