What are the best universities for aerospace engineering in undergraduate level? What sort of average grades and SAT scores, and whatever else do you need to get into these universities? I am not from the USA.

SAT I: preferably above 1300...ACT preferably above 27 to be competitive.

Michigan, Illinois, Purdue are also very good. Do you want to emphasize atmospheric flight or space flight?
