Apart from George Washington not having a true campus, in your opinion which is the "better school" It appears that this may be a choice my son has to make and we need some guidance. Thanks for any input.

UW by FAR. GW is not in the same league.

oh man. This is a topic for me. First of all my brother goes to Madison. And I live 5min away from Foggy Bottom campus. I am applying to both schools....you are comparing a private school against a public. GW campus is right in the middle of DC and there is sort of a campus.... It has a invisible line where it cuts away from DC... you can tell when you go there.. Madison> beautiful campus. One of the best colleges around. Academically, Madison is better...I would go to GW for the location. DC is just really hot.
