I don't deal in speculation as to future grades but your first two years show you are on track for the schools you list. Most important will be this year as all the ones you list make admission decisions based on grades through junior year. Also be aware that at Michigan your freshman grades are ignored and Soph and Junior are only ones considered. Legacy also helps at Mich. Being Jewish is not a factor that will either help or hurt you at any of the schools as it is not considered an underrepresnted minority.

There are many very good engineering schools and the ones you list are first rate. Some (among many) others to look into that are not an extreme distance away from where you live include Carnegie Mellon, Case Western, Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech, North Carolina State, Maryland, Renssalear, Cornell.
