Everyday it seems like I change my mind on where I should go to school. So far, I have applied to Michigan State, UMich, Univ of Miami (Fla), and Tulane. Although UMich is really the only place I want to go, I feel as if I will not get in. So, what are some good schools you think just based on these few stats I could get into with really no problem (even with applying this late into the application season)?

GPA: 3.675 UW
ACT: 27 (28 if the school combines highest scores from different test dates)
I'm currently enrolled in Calculus I and Political Science at the local CC, and I have already completed Sociology there.
I have, or am currently taking...
AP US History
AP US Govt
AP Comp. Govt
AP Env. Sci
AP Spanish
I was in AP English earlier this year, but I dropped because the teacher was on a mission to get me.
Some of my extracurricular's include Editor-in-Chief of the Yearbook, Senior Class Vice President, Junior Class Vice President, Sophomore Class President, Spanish Club President, Marching Band, Student Council, NHS, International Thespian Society (Musicals/Plays) etc...

What are you interested in studying?

I'm leaning towards something related to either business or communications/journalism. But, who knows! My mind could change once I'm there.

ull get into mich state no prob. university of missouri columbia has an excellent journalism school, and you could definitely get in with your scores. thats where i want to go if umich rejects me.

Dont you care about living in missouri for 4 years? One of my best friends is from there and says its like the most boring place in the world, dont go to a school for a name or rank, go to a school because its a place your going to live in, not just study in.

Um, it's Missouri not 19th century Podunk. Columbia's an all right town. A lot of people come out-of-state for their journalism so it's not like you're dealing with imbeciles on a daily basis. I've lived all over the country--literally--and one thing I've experienced is that things don't really differ much from state to state. People do, but not at colleges.

Shoo, don't diss my (legal) home state!
