I am intl. student.
My stats are:
Top 3-5% in my class.
GPA-3.88(from 9th grade, 52/56 As and 4/52 Bs)
4.0(in 12th grade, 5/5 As)
SAT 1: 1240(i know it is low)
SAT 2: MATH 2C-750
PHYSICS-740
CHEMISTRY-730(85th percentile)
Hold many leadership positions and have many ECs.
Over 150 hours of community service.
Very good reco. letters from physics and comp. sc. teachers(38 & 17 yrs experience).
Do you think I will get admission in UT,Austin or in Rochester Institute of Technology, both in engg.?
Do u suggest me any more?

I think you could make it into Austin just fine! :D Not sure about RIT, however I heard from a friend that that place is really horrible to attend because there are little social opportunities or something. He transfered out a year later, but I don't know how hard it was to get into. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Best of luck!

I'm an electrical engineering student @ RIT... I think you have a decent shot at entrance here. Social life isn't too bad here, it's just a matter of going out there and finding some of the things to do. Rochester itself isn't such an exciting city, but there's always something you can be doing either in the city or on campus. As far as academics, RIT is very well known for it's strong engineering and IT as well. Good Luck!
