Here are some schools with decent cs programs that may be matches or safeties for your stats:
Drexel (PA), DePaul (IL), University of Washington, Worcester Poly. Tech (MA), University of Denver (Colorado), Goucher (MD), New Jersey Inst. of Tech, Stetson (FL), U of Oregon, Pacific Lutheran (WA), Pace (NY), Quinnipiac (CT), Temple (PA), Northeastern (MA), George Mason (Virginia), U of Maryland-Baltimore County. Because of your low verbal scores, the following schools might be some realistic reaches: Rochester Institute of Technology, University of Rochester, Santa Clara University, Syracuse, U of Pittsburgh, Stevens Institute of Technology, University of Illinois-Chicago Urbana. I'm sure that others will also have suggestions.

Thank you Carolyn, do u think because I havent taken english as a subject since 11th grade (i took other A levels), the schools would understand a lower verbal score?

They may understand it but not necessarily excuse it: if you could get your score up even a bit you will have more choices. Have you taken the TOEFL exam yet? Also, if Chinese is your primary language, I'd suggest you think about taking an SAT II in another subject as well.

I wanted to retake sat i and sat ii writing, plus physics as a science subject, but i'm a senior now so i guess i have no more time
