By the time I apply to college I will have:
8 years of club soccer(rec)
12 years of club swim(rec)
4 years of varsity water polo and swimming
5 years of reffing youth soccer
Im probably a better than average athlete, but no where near the ability of someone to get recruited into a college. I just play these sports for fun. My only notable sports achievement is a 58.96 in the 100 yard butterfly as a HS sopohmore.
Will these be good ECs? They take up a lot of time and I really dont want to volunteer or do something like that just for college, so these would be my only ECs.
As a side note, how does studying for an AP test and getting a 4 look for colleges?
I have a 3.2 and probably will get a 1260-1300 on the SATs. Very high in verbal, dumbass in math if that matters. Im applying to UCSB, UCD, UCSD(my parent's choice), Lewis and Clark College, St. Johns, and Tulane. Anyone got some other colleges that I should look at? As you can see, I like pretty much any kind of college although smaller the better and a plus if its near a city and ocean.
