Hey guys ... I was wondering if anybody knows good international business schools other than those that I have listed which I will be applying.

U. of South Carolina (Moore)
George Washington
Indiana U. - Bloomington
Ohio State University
New York University

I am searching for colleges that are in the 15~30 rranking range since I am not a huge Ivy fan.

Thanks a lot!

The College Finder lists University of South Carolina at Columbia as excellent for international business. Others to look at: U of Michigan-Ann Arbor, University of Southern Calif., Northeastern, Rochester Institute of Technology, St. Andrews (NC), Lenoir-Rhyne (NC), Stetson (FL), Butler (Indiana), San Diego State University (Calif.),

Most business schools will allow you to take classes in international business so I'd suggest you consider a school with a broad-based business program as well as ones with specific international business degrees. Some to consider:
Babson, Bryant College, Bentley (these are all schools that are business focused and have EXCELLENT reputations with hiring employees). UPenn's Wharton School is excellent for business and has an international focus but very difficult to get into. Here are some others to consider: the University of Denver, Trinity University (Texas), Santa Clara University (Calif), the University of the Pacific (Calif), Gettysburg (PA), Seattle U, Manhattanville College (NY), Fordham (NY), Wagner College (NY), Drew University (NJ), University of Redlands (CA), Tulane, Villanova, Syracuse, Emory

Wow, thanks for all the information Carolyn. I think I found my reaches and matches .. but the problem is safety. Which among the colleges you recommend have an "easier" admission, eg. the competition is not as high but still is respectable.
Any other comments are welcome..

Thanks,

For safeties, look at Wagner, Drew, University of Redlands, University of the Pacific, University of Denver, Manhattanville, Syracuse, Gettysburg and Tulane. One other school that I didn't have on the list above that has a good business program and might be a safety -especially if you are a male because they are trying to balance their student body - is Goucher College in Maryland. Wagner, Drew and Manhattanville would be good back-ups to NYU because they are all located within spitting distance of NY City. Drew has some unique programs at the UN which might be a great combo. with a business degree. Of course, I don't know your specific stats so not sure what will be a safety for you but these schools all have admit rates of close to 50% or higher. Good luck!

If a smaller school would work Dickinson College has a respected International Business and Management program. Check out their website.
If you have excellent stats is might be a safety.
