Standardized test scores shouldn't count. Anyways, I think you have a good chance at a top tier school in the US. Especially the UC schools which do not really count the SAT too much.

yeah..SATs don't matter that much, but it's still important. the rest of your stat looks great..just try to focus more on the SAT.

Please, I want you to succeed, truly. DO NOT put things like that on your college application, unless you:
a.) Are a prick.
b.) Want to be a prick.

Why have you not taken the SAT since seventh grade? That makes no sense to stick with a 1020 for so long, especially when you are looking at schools where a score like that will not be competitive. Study for the SAT and make sure you take at least two more SAT IIs -- you will have to have three scores for most schools.

I don't get it. Why would including that make him a prick (or striving to be one)

If you list EVERYTHING you've done, especially menial things like that, you overshadow any substantial things you have done, and appear to just be racking up anything you can, no matter how valuless. Like these:
X National Honor Roll (2002-03
X Who's Who Among American High School Students (2002-03)
If I were an adcom and saw those, my thought: Is this kid too dense to realize these awards aren't prestigious, and are actually boarderline scams to get people's money?
You sound very provincial when you list everything, especially crap like that. An example? I signed one survey Pete Zahut, guess what? I got a Who's Who's addressed to Pete Zahut. What an honor, if a ficticious name could recieve it eh?
