Hi,
how do you guys compare UPenn, Brown and Columbia for Computer Science? I know they are not usually in USNews Top 10 (although Brown gets #10 in the AI rankings), but the kind of schools I've got better chances at...
Thanks

If you can get into the schools you listed you can get into Carnegie Mellon. If you are serious about computer science, CMU is the next level up.

Yeah, but I'm an international student looking for financial aid. CMU does not provide finaid for intl students.... Many of the schools listed in USNews Top 10/CS don't provide either.... And the top ones (MIT, Stanford) don't allow you to apply early if you're intl + needing finaid and besides, my chances are lower there.
I figured Brown to be very good at CS... What do you think?
