Hello,
I am international student and I am currently comparing a few universities. I know that some or maybe all have a quota for international students requiring financial aid. I know, for example, that UPenn admits 40 intl students with finaid each year. What I am looking is this number for the others:
Brown U
Columbia U: Fu Foundation
U of Washington
Johns Hopkins U
U of Texas at Austin
Georgia Tech
Cornell
Well, if anyone can provide me with this information I would be very thankful
I just want to see where I have the best chances of admission.

Check out Princeton, Harvard, Yale, and Williams.
They are all need-blind to international students and have no quotas.
Middlebury also is very generous and traditionally admits many international students

Well, but it's also harder to get into HPY... I'm not sure whether I would be admitted there, while I've been told that I have very good chances at Cornell (and similar level unis)... Not that I can be sure now, but I know I'm not wanting too much.
