What are some the top schools for International relations and prelaw? Thanks

For pre-law, you should avoid the "pre-legal" majors, as they are actually a disadvantage when applying to law school. Look for a smaller school (or at least one which offers small classes) that emphasizes writing, class discussion, and will allow you to take a strong curriculum.
International relations: Tufts, Georgetown, heard Johns Hopkins is good... by no means an extensive list, but a good place to start.
