I was looking through some facts about Emory and did not find a pre-med major. Am I just looking in the wrong place?

There isn't a pre-med major, but there is a pre-med track that covers all of the requirements for medical schools.

so would i basically be getting the same education i would be with a pre-med major?

I would assume that you would get a roughly equivalent education. I'm doing the pre-med track, but I just started two weeks ago so I don't know.

I don't think ANY school has such a thing as a "pre-med major" - You either major in biology or chemistry or any other field and schools advise you on the courses best suited for medical school. I could be wrong but I've never seen an actual "pre-med" major where it says "pre-med" on your diploma anywhere. It's the same with "pre-law"
