Could someone give me a list of the top schools in the midwest? So like 1st and 2nd tier of US News ranking. I have a 29 ACT, but hope to improve that come this fall. It would be a lot of help. Currently I only have two schools, Notre Dame(reach) and U of Illinois. Thanks
