SUBJ: ATTN: OXBRIDGE EXPERTS AND DAVE BERRY ----- OCTOBER SAT TOO LATE?
To whom it may concern:
I am a rising senior and I am interested in applying to Cambridge or Oxford. However, I have yet to take my SAT 1 examination. I am aware that Oxbridge application deadlines are in early October. That being said, if I was to take the October 11 (next available administration) sitting of the SAT and rush score reports to Cambridge or Oxford would they accept it?
Thanks in advance for taking the time to share your expertise. Your information is REALLY appreciated.
Thanks.

Contact the admissions tutors at the college/colleges you are considering applying to. Make the request to them. Different colleges have different ways of doing things, and I'm sure you'll find one that are willing to allow rushed SAT I scores. They will care a lot more about APs than SAT scores anyhow.

They will accept anything that is available in or before september in your year of entry. Their decision will however be made december the year before. They will simply state minimum required results for entry.
