Are girls and guys at Stanford good looking? I had the implication that many Californians look good comaprered to others. Just my opinion. I would love facts from real Stanfordians. Thanks!

Are you thinking of applying, or are you already class of '07?

I have visited Stanford several times, but I think that classifying an entire school as "good looking" or "bad looking" is sort of pointless. It's not going to be true either way. The people there definitely wear lighter clothes than students at other schools because of the warm weather, but that doesn't really answer your question.

I'm going to Stanford this fall in the class of 2007. I think people are generally attractive physically and very much so personality wise (everyone I met during our pre-admit weekend was very nice). But as Dromedary said, you can't say an entire school is ugly or beautiful.

Basically the "uglier" kids from my SF Bay Area school tend to be attracted to Stanford and usually attend. Although the "uglier" kids at my school may be considered "attractive" from your persective/and on a relative scale to the kids you are in school with now. I mean most of them aren't like pitiful looks wise and are pretty cool people. My theory is the west coast has the best looking people...this theory isn't based on very much factual information (obviously), so I can't really explain it with a decent argument.

HaHa def. not at Cal..lol..UCSB, Cal Poly and UCLA, tend to be where the more attractive people go..also some foxy ladies went to USC this year and many various private schools in California (but not stanford). The people we ship out to the ivy league schools (girl wise) aren't very attractive at all. Although the rich boys that go to the east coast for schooling, tend to be attractive according to the female population at my school. This all just a huge generalization though..
