Okay does anybody know of any good/decent public schools that given strong application will give VERY generous financial aid to out of state students? I has looking at UTexas Austin, University of Georgia, University of Maryland and Penn state but i cant go w/o some serious money from them.

basically the question is do u know of any others?lol sorry i just realized the question wasnt COMPLETELY clear in the first part.
